2026 Breed Fees
REGULAR FEE: $900, includes a $300 booking fee due with signed contract (book WILL be limited)
EARLY BOOK FEE: $750 if booked on or before January 1st of breeding year
RETURNING CLIENT FEE: $650 (must have bred a mare to a DRH stallion previously in the same name)

Your stallion breeding fee is payable to Jeremy or Kayla Lockard. ALL other fees incurred by the mare owner related to collection and shipment or on-site breeding of your mare are payable directly to our reproduction facility, Abraham's Equine Reproduction Center. You can see their fee schedule by clicking the button below. We have chosen this method to be able to ensure you, the mare owner, that you will only have to pay the exact cost of the veterinary services without excessive premiums or additional fees being charged by Dusty Road Horses. We want to keep the cost of breeding to our stallion as affordable as we can. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding fees and payment procedures.

-We are not offering Live Cover to outside mares.
-Cooled Semen, Frozen Semen, OR On-Site AI at Abraham's Equine Reproduction Center in Marion, IA.
-Dates to Remember: Cooled Semen and On-Site AI options are available from April 13, 2026 through July 10, 2026.
-Frozen Semen is available year-round.
-Mare owners must notify us, not Abraham's Equine Reproduction Center, when semen is needed as Smart Delta does not reside at their facility.
-We give a 24-hour live foal GUARANTEE as well as an APHA Regular Registry-eligible foal GUARANTEE. See our contract for terms and conditions.

-Nebraska Ranch Horse Futurity & Maturity Program Stallion Enrolled (offspring, yearling to three year old, are eligible for the Nebraska Ranch Horse Association (ARHA) Royal Ranch Horse Futurity Challenge in 2026 and 2027)
