Motor, as we call her (more on that below), is by Color Me Smart and out of CD Smart Little Peppy (granddaughter of Delta Olena and Smart Little Lena). We are beyond excited to have the opportunity to add a young daughter of Color Me Smart to our program, and look forward to crossing her on carefully selected stallions for years to come. She is one of those hard-to-find homozygous tobiano mares that is also backed with pedigree and conformation.
This mare acquired her name as we will sometimes give horses a call name that relates to their special facts or circumstances. Motor was purchased from Arkansas. After picking her up, we blew the motor on our truck still ten hours away from home. She instantly become a much more expensive acquisition and there didn't seem to be a more fitting barn name than Motor!
